Pre-Construction Services

Sweet Homes of Colorado is available to provide any and all of your pre-construction needs. We can work with you to find the right architect, designer and engineer to develop the construction plans and specifications that best suit your needs. Our team approach allows us to provide a unique and collaborative process developed to exceed our clients’ expectations. We believe that the essence of custom home building is the seamless blending of an architect’s vision with a homeowner’s wants, needs and dreams. No matter the budget or size of the project, every home should have that special feeling of being one of a kind.

This team collaboration is maintained using Buildertrend, a management tool that allows us to give our clients full visibility of the project’s progress every step of the way. From providing preliminary budgeting and costing information, making sure that when your plans are ready they meet your budget expectations, to scheduling, as an accurate schedule can be a big help in all aspects of your pre-construction planning. Through the pre-construction process, we can begin to define the budget and time requirements for your project to ensure success from the very beginning.
